To Whom It May Concern.
My name is Glenn Stith. I am an employee of Monsanto
Company. Our company headquarters are in St. Louis Missouri and I am a Regional
Business director working out of our Sacramento California Office. During the
week of September 10th, our management team had a meeting in Boston.
As a result of the terrible tragedy in New York, our team became stranded due
to the stoppage of flight out or the Northeast. Consequently, we contacted your
firm to hire a Limo and a van to transport our group to St Louis. I am writing
this letter to commend your drivers, particularly the one I was privileged to
have. His name was Christian. I did not get a chance to get his last name.
The trip from Worcester, Ma to St Louis took approximately
19 hours with only brief stops along the way for snack etc. The passengers were
weary, the weather was rainy much of the way, and the trip continued throughout
the entire night Christian was absolutely fabulous! He was a professional to
the fullest degree. He handled the vehicle safely, drove almost the entire trip
despite our offers to help, was always courteous and placed the interests of
his customers before his own. After we arrived at St Louise and his job was
done, I needed to get to the St Louis airport quickly to catch a plane He offered,
without hesitation and with the same degree of professionalism to take me to
the Airport. I offered him extra compensation, but he declined saying “no problem,
sir it’s my pleasure “amazing!
I have been with my company for 25 years, I have rented a hundreds
of taxies and limos in almost every major city in the US.I can truthfully say
that I have never encountered the level of professionalism and customer care
that was observed in Christian. He is the credit not only to your profession
and your company, but sets an example that we all can follow.
I want to make sure that Christian receives this feed back
as well as our heartfelt thanks for getting us back to our families safely
during such a trying time. Would you please acknowledge receipt of this note
